1. Service Overview

Hey Luca is a personal finance software service that helps you track transactions, budgets, and spending insights through web and messaging channels.

Hey Luca is operated by an independent developer based in Peru. Contact: diegojohnson46@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Hey Luca.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not share your account in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Trial and Billing

Hey Luca offers subscription access with a 14-day trial. Trial access starts after checkout is completed with a payment method on file.

For paid plans, checkout and billing are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions.

• Card details and billing operations are handled through Lemon Squeezy checkout and customer portal flows.
• Applicable taxes and invoicing are handled by Lemon Squeezy where required.
• Discounts, if available, are managed through Lemon Squeezy checkout.

5. Cancellation and Access

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. If you cancel during trial, access continues until the trial end date.

If trial ends and no active paid subscription exists, account access to paid features may be limited or locked until subscription is reactivated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

• No abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity using Hey Luca.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No uploading of malicious files or content intended to harm service integrity.

7. Intellectual Property

The service software, branding, and related materials are owned by Hey Luca and its licensors. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

8. Disclaimers

Hey Luca provides informational support for personal finance tracking. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on service outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hey Luca is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Total liability for claims related to paid services is limited to amounts paid by you to Hey Luca through Lemon Squeezy during the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Peru have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date.
